Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the (RW LTD) websites for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

(RW LTD) is not responsible for the effort from Members, the suitability of a Member’s business idea, or the Member’s ability to learn which will determine the results of all (RW LTD) courses, programmes and content and thus is not responsible or accepts any liability in regards to its products or their outcomes.

All of our content, information, support, products and services are meant to inspire, empower and encourage. We make no claim in any way of any earnings, status, health or wellbeing, connections, exposure, reach, or similar at all. Please always consider your own unique personal situation before disclosing any personal information about yourself to others privately or publicly or on any public platforms such as social media and any effect it might have. Rebel World ltd does not carry any liability for any decisions you make or the outcomes of or lack of outcomes of disclosing any information about yourself, your business or life in any way. We make no guarantee of success, financial or otherwise, or in any definition and you agree by purchasing, using, accessing or consuming in any way anything (Rebel LTD) sells, produces, is an affiliate for/of, creates, shares, puts on, displays, gives away or provides in any way; including but not limited to any programmes, courses, coaching, mentorship, advice or similar, content, trainings, talks, workshops, media, events, retreats, merchandise, tech experiences, metaverse, or any other engagement opportunity, that any outcome or lack of outcome will be determined solely by your own unique self and your effort, situation, desire, determination, ideas, network, effort and business/brand and therefore release (RW LTD) and all of its partners, subsidiaries, brands, staff, board members, advisors, executives, shareholders, Ambassadors, Leaders and committees from any and all liability in any and all ways and across all jurisdictions, regions, countries, counties, states, cities or locations.

Limitations and Jurisdiction

In no event shall (RW LTD) be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on (RW LTD) websites, even if (RW LTD) has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you. Any claims against (RW LTD) or any of its brands, projects or owners are covered by Northern Ireland law. If either party is unsuccessful in resolving the dispute any outstanding issues will be submitted to final and bounding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland, which is where the trading address of the company is.

Titles/Headings: Headings are inserted for the convenience of the Parties only and are not to be considered when interpreting this Agreement.

Gender: Words in the singular mean and include the plural and vice versa. Words in the masculine mean and include the feminine and vice versa.

Governing Law: It is the intention of the Parties to this Agreement that this Agreement and the performance under this Agreement, and all suits and special proceedings under this Agreement, be construed in accordance with and governed, to the exclusion of the law of any other forum, by the laws of the Country of Northern Ireland, without regard to the jurisdiction in which any action or special proceeding may be instituted.

Severability: In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, all other provisions will nevertheless continue to be valid and enforceable with the invalid or unenforceable parts severed from the remainder of this Agreement.

Waiver: The waiver by either Party of a breach, default, delay or omission of any of the provisions of this Agreement by the other Party will not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or other provisions.

Revisions

The materials appearing on (RW LTD) websites, content, products, offerings or information may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. (RW LTD) does not warrant that any of the materials on its websites, content, products, offerings or information is accurate, complete, or current. (RW LTD) may make changes to the materials contained on its website, content, products, offerings or information at any time without notice. (RW LTD) does not, however, make any commitment to update materials.

(RW LTD) is not responsible for the contents of any partners, partners actions or content, or any websites it links to on or in any of its emails or websites. Including any link does not imply endorsement by (RW LTD) of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the Members own risk.

Site Terms of Use Modifications

(RW LTD) may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

For a product that has dripped access ie. content released over a period of time:

Refunds requested within 7 (Seven) days of purchase date will be processed.

Email us at support@ourrebelworld.com to request this. No refunds will be processed after this period has elapsed.

For any digital product or product that gives any member immediate access to 100% of the content upon purchase: No refunds will be given. (RW LTD) reserves the right to deny a refund and remove access for a Member who plagiarises any material created by us, supplied by use or produced by us or any of its subsidiary brands, partners and websites.

Submission of your email, name, other personal information, art or other works, social links, website or other links, images, articles, business information or other information When submitting anything to (RW LTD) you will be asked to “Tick here to confirm you have read, understand and agree to these terms." box below, put the date in you agreed to the terms and then click the "submit" button (below any form), to give Rebel World LTD & Lady Rebel Club® full permission for Rebel World LTD or its partners related to the project your submitted for, to contact you on the email address supplied to discuss any media, publishing, promotional, PR, editorial opportunities or about Lady Rebel Club® in relation to the spirit of the form and/or information submitted.

Only you own your original articles, artwork, videos and images and you grant Rebel World LTD and its partners in any of the projects or platforms you submitted to, an irrevocable lifetime licence to use, display, print, reproduce and promote your content submitted in the context and spirit of how it has been submitted. Example of this is your artwork that's featured in the publication may be reproduced in print issues of the magazine, sharing a social post, printing a poster highlighting the cover or featured section that contains your work.

You confirm that Rebel World LTD will own the sole copyrights to any articles, shows, campaigns, reels, social media content, video, audio clips/programmes or other content created from any content or information you supply to us in any form, from any subsequent follow-up, by email or any other format of passing on, submitting or sharing information or content with us. Items may be shared with you for use to promote your interview/column/art/etc and you are granted full rights to use those items as they are supplied, without editing, and in the spirit they are meant for use as decided by Rebel World LTD.

We may use all, part or none of any information supplied to us by you. Submitting information via any form or directly to us or our partners in any manner does not constitute a contract of guaranteed publication or inclusion in any show/programme/campaign/article or platform in any way. We do not guarantee to pay you or make any claim of monetary outcome for any use of what you provide, supply or share, unless otherwise agreed in writing. There is also no fee paid to you in any way for any use of your information or content shared in any way including but not limited to being published in articles, interviews or campaigns, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.

You agree any information provided or submitted is true and that you have complete and full rights and/or ownership to share any information, content, images, creations or other content for promotion. You alone are responsible for all liability for what you share with us or provide to us. You agree to completely remove Rebel World LTD and all partners from any and all liability and harm should there be any problem, issue, breech of law or rights with anything you provide, submit, share, pass on, submit on any form, email, provide in conversation with, give in person or provide to us in any way. You alone hold all liability for what you share, upload, supply or provide to us in any way.

We will do our best to use your correct pronouns, titles, names and information/content provided in any feature, platform, campaign, on our website, on social media, promotion, conversations etc; however, we cannot guarantee that we'll get it right always as we're human and there could be several people involved in any one process or platform. You understand and accept we'll do our best to get things right, but cannot make any guarantees that we always will. You agree that you will not hold us liable in any way for any mistakes, errors, omissions, misprints, typos, mis-formatting, design flaws, use of wrong information or any other omission or error. If we do make a mistake, please let us know by emailing: support@ourrebelworld.com and we'll make the corrections where it is possible to do so and the most timely manner we can based on the current workload at that time.

Your Agreed Promotion
When taking part in any project, platform, campaign, collaboration, Ambassador or Impact Partner programme, event or opportunity we provide, own, create or share, you agree to promote it at least once on any of your social platforms as a whole (e.g. share the magazine link as a whole and the cover graphic or share your Ambassadorship and graphic we provide) plus once for any specific promotion, space, interview or opportunity you received (e.g. share a quote from your article and a link to it on the web platform). We reserve the right to end any collaborations or opportunities given if it is not reciprocated as we are a collaborative organisation. We need all parties given opportunities to share and promote - when we all work together, magic really happens.

When sharing about us and any of our platforms, project, campaigns, events etc

Please include alt text and Image Description (ID) for any graphics or images you share in relation to RW LTD and any of our work or platforms. We will also aim to create these for you for the graphics supplied, however, the responsibility lies with you to use them or create them yourself.

You also agree to not use, insinuate, or share directly or indirectly - any hate speech, 'isms' or 'obics' in any format including but not limited to: sexism, racism, agism, ableism, biophobic, transphobic, homophobic or any other hate speech or content in any way when sharing in connection with us, our projects, platforms, events, brands, communities, on socials or any other way/format/platform where it would be associated with us in any many or where you share about us or any of projects/platforms/events/brands/content in any manner. If you do, you will be asked to remove said content and any collaboration or partnership, however large or small, will be considered immediately terminated and you'll be asked to return all material supplied. You also are fully aware herein that you, and only you, will be solely responsible and liable for any outcome, legal or otherwise, for any such hate speech or sharing of related content or ideas in any way.

You understand that you can contact us at any time at support@ourrebelworld.com to remove your data from our database; however, we cannot remove your content shared, submitted, supplied or provided to us by you or your representative that makes up any part or portion of our content, media platform, event, promotion, campaign, workshop, video, audio, website, social media or outlet/platform pieces. Your email is not shared with anyone except partners/collaborators involved in the project in some way, unless in such a case where you have listed for it to be shared publically.

You fully acknowledge and are aware that (RW LTD) and its partners are not responsible for nor take responsibility of any outcome or liability in any way/shape/form that comes from any action we may take using any of your information, content, or material supplied and/or that we research and use in/on: promotion, listing or sharing of your story, business, content, interview, links, contact information, images, logos, artwork, offers, products, or other items - this includes but is not limited to any negative or what you feel are untrue or hurtful comments, reviews, messages, information or feedback in any format; any legal reprimands or outcomes, any unwanted messages, emails, comments or approach in any way; any breech of copyrights, trademarks or other IP, and including any impact on yourself, your business, brand or 'you' in any way that any or all of these or the like may have.

We encourage all our community, partners, collaborators and allies to always be sure of what they share and make public or allow us to make public and how that may affect them. Please talk to someone or get professional advice if you are unsure what you can share without legal ramification or to support you to make the best decision for you.

Furthermore, any logins to our member portal, coaching, mentoring or programme portals give Members access to the said portal for ONE business only. All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, videos, gifs, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of (RW LTD) or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. By accessing or using any of our Sites, platforms or any of our media, content or content platforms; in-person, online, hybrid, virtual or meta events; masterminds, workshops, or community meet-ups or any of our other content or partners' content or platforms, you do so of your own free will and hold harmless Rebel World LTD and all its executives, stakeholders and partners in any and all ways associated with the use, misuse, interpretation, outcome or other effect/after effect of accessing or using these.
