Accessibility Statement for Lady Rebel Club®

This accessibility statement applies to www.ladyrebelclub.com and www.ourrebelworld.com.

We have included a third-party application that should allow users to avail of multiple accessibility tools. The app can be opened usually from the top right or left of the screen. Click the app icon to open the tools and select the tool/s you require. You can also relocate the app icon from one side of the screen to the other or hide it altogether.

We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand. We have highlighted links and use language on buttons that says what the buttons do or where they take you. We also have captions on vidoes.

When accessing WE ROAR Magazine™, there is a separate set of accessible tools. You can find these on the desktop version and they can be found at the top of the magazine. They work best when you click on the magazine to go full screen. This third-party tool does not work on mobile at this time.

The tools are third-party tools and like all apps and tools, sometimes the glitch and/or break. If a tool is not working when you first try and use it, please try refreshing the page, waiting five minutes and then try again.

Disproportionate burden

Interactive tools and transactions

Some of our interactive forms may be more difficult to navigate using a keyboard. For example, because some form controls are missing a ‘label’ tag.

Our forms are built and hosted through third party software and ‘skinned’ to look like our website.

We’ve assessed the cost of fixing the issues with navigation and accessing information, and with interactive tools and transactions. We believe that doing so now would be a disproportionate burden within the meaning of the accessibility regulations. We will make another assessment when the supplier contract is up for renewal, likely to be in 12 months.

There will also be emails listed on the website that you can use instead of the forms. Alternatively, you can email support@ourrebelworld.com with either the information to go in the form, with the form name or advising us you’re having trouble with a form and we’ll help you fill it in and supply the information in a different way.
